Order Information
Overview
Safyre Labs set out with the objective of enhancing the overall user accounts experience. To achieve this, I was assigned the task of restructuring Jewlr's existing user accounts. Although it was an ongoing process due to the many components involved in redesigning the user account, I managed to complete sections like Order Status and Order Confirmation early in the process. By utilizing low fidelity prototypes, I determined the necessary elements and identified areas that needed improvement. I also added fresh content while updating the old ones.

Order Status: Redesign
This particular page is located within the user account, allowing users to check the status of their current orders. I was asked to redesign it while maintaining Jewlr's design system in place. I implemented some interface modifications to enhance clarity and provide guidance. The main objective was to enable users to conveniently track their order, make adjustments and upgrade shipping within this page without having to contact the company.
Product Vision & Solution
Order number is now standing out and easy to find
Redesigned the Progress bar with a minimalist approach to guide users through the tracking process
Fixed alignments between headers and added grey borders and dividers between ordered items to clearly define their position in the design
Restructured the important CTAs that the users need to track their order, modify purchase or upgrade shipping
The Design
After receiving approval, I proceeded to apply the approved design system to the wireframes. Finally, I handed over the project and prototypes to the development team for implementation.
Order Confirmation: Redesign
This page comes right after a user makes a purchase and I was tasked to redesign it completely. I reorganized and highlighted the main components like the order number, order summary, and order details. I redesigned the page by keeping things simple and clear, and reorganized the content in a hierarchy of importance.
Product Vision & Solution
Showed gratitude to the user for their purchase and highlighted the order number for easy reference
Placed the estimated delivery date, shipping address, shipping method, and payment method.
Placed the order summary on the top right, including prices, promo codes, discounts, and taxes
Provided details of the order, such as size, color, and quantity of items
Included information about the VIP rewards program and the company's point system
Offered contact information for further assistance
The Design
After receiving approval, I handed over the project to the development team for implementation. Extensive testing was conducted, and the results proved to be successful.
